The Halloween parade
IMPORTANT!!!!! Please read below carefully…
The parade is formed by three groups B, C, D . Please make sure which group you're in with your entry No. (The group division is followed in order of arrival entry form.) Each group's start and goal are different, so please confirm the detail beforehand carefully.
※The group you were supposed to belong may be changed by some reasons. In that case, we will let you know at the reception. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

■Bad Weather conditions…
- The parade will be cancelled in case of heavy rain.
- If it was such a weather difficult to tell, we will let you know the information through Kawasaki Halloween Twitter etc…by 9:00 in the morning.

■NOTICE!!!
- Offensive costumes (costumes deemed obscene, pornographic or disturbing) or dangerous items such as guns, swords and other sharp objects, and the costumes which are not able to walk unaided or follow the parade on your own are not permitted.
- Also, bicycles, hand carts, roller skates and other vehicles are not allowed.
- All pets (for examples dogs, cats, birds, insects, etc.) must not be brought into the event.
- No baby carriages are allowed in the parade.
- All attendees must follow the instructions given by the security guards. We may notify the police in the case of violence, dangerous and annoying behavior.
- Basically there are no standards for the costume parade, however, those who have made little effort (just make up or face-painting etc.) will not be allowed to enter the parade or the competition.
- Taking photos, movies and use of mobile phone are not allowed during the parade.
- Smoking cigarette and drinking alcohol are prohibited during the parade.
- Your picture taken at the Kawasaki Halloween event might be used by a media for the purpose of event PR. Thank you very much your understanding.
